IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON SADDLE SALES AND PURCHASES

All new and used saddles are available for a trial before purchase. 

To begin a trial, we will place a charge on your credit card for the saddle's purchase price plus applicable sales tax.. If the saddle does not work for you or your horse, we will refund your credit card, offer a store credit or another saddle of equal value. 

If we ship the saddle to you, the shipping and insurance costs are charged upfront and are non-refundable.

If you decide not to purchase the saddle, you are responsible for returning it to us, either in person or via insured shipping. 

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery, and you must notify us before sending it. We will provide shipping details, including cost and tracking information, and you will only be charged the actual shipping cost.

Important Notes:

• Saddles must be returned within 14 days in the same condition as they were sent.
• If a saddle is returned with damage that lowers its resale value, your card will be charged for the amount of the price reduction and repair costs.
• Once the saddle is delivered to you, you assume responsibility for its care and condition.
• We do not offer warranties on the quality or safety of used saddles.

Saddle Care During Trial:

• Ride with care – Use a clean saddle pad, keep rides short, wear breeches (do not ride in jeans as seams can mark saddles), protect the saddle from tall boots and half chaps as they can trasnfer dies to the saddle leather. 
• Protect the leathers – Use a plastic bag, fabric or cling wrap to prevent rubbing.
• Keep the saddle secure – Do not allow your horse to move at liberty  while under saddle while the saddle is on trial. Do not leave horse unattended with saddle on.
